Description: El cinturón de fugas corresponde a áreas de manglares ubicadas en el Golfo de Morrosquillo en las cuales la deforestación podría ser desplazada por la implementación de la actividad del proyecto dentro de los límites del PA. En este caso, el cinturón de fuga corresponde a los bosques de manglares al año 2015 (fecha de inicio del proyecto) dentro de la región de referencia (RRD) que no fueron definidos como área de proyecto, según los criterios de elegibilidad.Los límites de LK siguen los siguientes criterios:• El LKB corresponde a las áreas de manglar más cercanas al AP y con la máxima cantidad de bosque de manglar como el manglar del AP con respecto a factores paisajísticos y sociales. Además, las políticas y regulaciones que tienen impacto en el uso del suelo son las mismas que para el AP porque también están dentro del DMI Cispatá. • Los manglares del LK son accesibles y alcanzables por los agentes deforestadores de la línea base del proyecto en la misma proporción que los manglares del AP.
